The Avanti Story
In 2000, initially under the sponsorship of the Arizona Community Foundation, Reginald Couch and Caio Pagano created the Avanti Fund, which was designated for young artists.
The Fund has been sponsored at its inception by various generous philanthropists, such as 'Dil' Dilatush and Kax Herberger. Presently the Fund is supported also by the family of Evenings with Art and Music lovers.
In 2013, Avanti became a 501 (c) 3 and now nurtures and promotes young pianists in their career development via various events, including the Avanti /Steinway Piano Competition, international competitions, master classes, summer camps, educational funding and seminars.
The Avanti Fund is currently supported by Evenings with Art & Music at private homes throughout the Phoenix area and other cultural events.
